EasyA has reached a reported $1.1 billion independent valuation as the developer platform prepares for a potential public listing in the first half of 2027.
Founded by brothers Philip and Dominic Kwok, EasyA operates an education and development platform focused on blockchain and artificial intelligence. Its mobile application helps developers learn new technologies and participate in hackathons and projects associated with technology companies. EasyA says its platform has attracted more than one million users and established partnerships with hundreds of academic institutions.
Unlike a conventional funding announcement, the $1.1 billion figure is an independent valuation rather than the price established in a newly disclosed financing round. The company has submitted a draft registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as it explores entering public markets through a direct listing.
EasyA is also considering making its shares available in tokenized form, potentially allowing ownership interests to be represented on blockchain infrastructure. The proposed listing remains subject to regulatory review and market conditions.
The next test is whether EasyA can translate its developer community and partnerships into durable revenue. Its reported valuation also faces a separate test when public-market investors establish a price for its shares.
