Confido Health Raises $12.5M to Expand AI Agents Across Healthcare Operations

Confido Health has announced a $12.5 million Series A extension, bringing its total Series A financing to $22.5 million.

Confido Health has announced a $12.5 million Series A extension, bringing its total Series A financing to $22.5 million as it expands beyond AI-powered voice assistants into broader healthcare operations.

Z47, formerly Matrix Partners India, led the extension, with participation from existing investors Together Fund and Blume Ventures. Healthcare investor Justin Saks also joined as an investor and board advisor.

Founded by Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff, Confido initially focused on automating patient communications for medical practices. Its platform has since evolved into CareOS, a system of AI agents designed to handle administrative workflows including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing and patient outreach.

The technology integrates with more than 50 existing healthcare systems, allowing practices to deploy automation without replacing their electronic health records or practice management software. Confido is targeting healthcare organizations that operate across multiple locations, where fragmented administrative processes can create significant operational costs.

The challenge is moving from individual automated tasks to reliable end-to-end execution. In healthcare, mistakes involving patient information, billing or appointment coordination carry consequences that require stronger oversight than conventional customer service automation.
